Another simple concept, “Noah” shows the first drop of the rains that attributed to the great flood. I tried to make the hand of Noah to look both rough and weathered and very, very old. Noah was 500 years old when he began construction of the ark. After spending years constructing an enormous vessel and seeing all the animals board it, a huge first drop falls right near Noah’s hand resting on the rail of the ark. A powerful moment in time.
