Daniel knew that he would be killed for continuing to pray to only God, but that didn’t stop him. Daniel faced death and was willing to die for God. He never stopped praying. I really wanted to paint some fierce lions here, but that would make the painting less accurate. It was rather difficult to emphasize Daniel’s praying hands while blending it into a group of lions.
